Casamarciano is a town of about 3,000 inhabitants in the province of Naples, located in the North-Eastern area of Mount Vesuvius. The city’s amateur football team, which has always been active, celebrated 20 years of history in 2025.

Their symbol is an androprosopic bull, featuring a human face—an ancient mythological figure found on a coin dating back to 400–385 BC, associated with the ancient civilization of Hyria, which was discovered in the territory of the town.

The granata fans are proof that passion and a sense of belonging do not necessarily need to be framed as an “organized supporters’ group” to fill the stands. In terms of attendance, both at home and away, they never fail to support the team.

In Campania, there are many truly “small” realities that follow their teams actively and passionately, always bearing in mind the presence of the region’s major clubs, which tend to capture the hearts of many. That’s why it is a pleasure to come across communities like this.

With only a few matches left before the end of the season, they celebrate their promotion back to the Promozione league. With flares lit, chants, and applause, the stands and the team on the pitch come alive: belonging, memory, community.
