Floridsdorfer Athletiksport-Club (FAC) come from the working-class Floridsdorf district of Vienna and together with Rapid, Austria, Vienna and Wiener Sportclub, are regarded as one of the most popular teams in the city.

From 1905 till 1966, Admira also resided in the 21st district of Vienna and the club trained and played on the same ground as FAC.

As a result, a harsh rivalry between the two has developed from it.

In 1933 the Stadium held up to 20,000 spectators, today 1500 people come to see FAC home games on average.

Since 1966, FAC solely rules the sports fields at Hopfengasse, and Admira have moved to the outskirts of Vienna at Maria Enzersdorf.

The match versus Admira Wacker 2 ii on 17.03 ended with a 0:0 draw and was held in a friendly atmosphere that lasted long past the end of the game with plenty of Stiegl beer from the light-up stand.
